Do Not Service (DNS)

Atlanta Vendors Association, Inc. (AVA) maintains a Do Not Service Process to protect our members, uphold professional standards, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across all vendor engagements.
This status clearly identifies vendors and entities that do not meet AVA’s compliance, performance, or ethical requirements and, therefore, are not eligible to receive AVA’s related services or referrals. DNS supports a reliable members network by restricting engagement with vendors who fail to meet minimum standards of quality, responsiveness, or integrity. Our process policy helps to streamline decision-making by signaling which vendors fall outside AVA’s standards and should not be used for AVA’s related projects or events.
