No. By joining AVA, your company is automatically a member of Atlanta Vendors Association, Inc., 

Membership runs January through December. You may join at any time, and dues will be prorated for the upcoming year based on the months missed in the previous year. For details, contact our Membership Department. 

Membership directories are published each January featured on-line. If you have not received your copy, please contact our Membership Department to ensure we have the correct company information and primary contact.

Yes. AVA offers certifications, leadership development programs, and industry-focused workshops to help members advance professionally while staying up to date on industry standards.

Yes. We partner with the Georgia Apartment Association and National Apartment Association to advocate for policies supporting the apartment industry.

Atlanta Vendors Association, Inc., provides meeting overview online and provides the resources so that members who cannot attend live events can still stay engaged.

Once your payment is processed, you are considered an unofficial member and may immediately register for events. Official approval occurs at the next board meeting (held monthly, except June and August). Following approval, you will receive a New Member Packet via email with a welcome letter and certificate.

No. Membership IDs are not issued. 

While all events offer networking benefits, the Annual Trade Show is a standout opportunity. 

To maintain a trusted and ethical community, AVA enforces a “Do Not Service” policy that excludes clients or vendors who violate legal standards, engage in unethical or discriminatory practices, or otherwise undermine the integrity and fairness of our network. This policy protects all members by ensuring engagements are aligned with professional and ethical standards. Vendors or clients subject to this policy may receive educational and mentorship support to address compliance issues and regain good standing where appropriate.   • Providing proof of resolution to Atlanta Vendors Association.
  • Submitting a formal reinstatement request for review.
  • Complying with any conditions Atlanta Vendors Association sets, such as participating in education or mentorship programs.
  • Awaiting AVA’s approval of reinstatement.
