Description
The DNS Process Exists To:
- Ensure that all vendor members adhere to the laws, ethics, and standards set forth by Atlanta Vendors Association, Inc and is applicable through guidance.
- Safeguard clients and the vendor from practices that compromise quality, integrity, or compliance.
- Offer a constructive pathway for vendors to remedy issues and demonstrate accountability.
- Vendors may receive a Do Not Service (DNS) flagged alert if they repeatedly fail to meet compliance, contractual, or ethical standards as well as under review for unresolved client disputes, nonpayment.
- Reinstatement evaluation upon successful completion and re-assessment for reinstatement to active membership status.
Legal and Compliance Support:
